- What is the teaching like?
- Customised. The curriculum is put together for your team and the work in front of them after the call, not taken off a shelf. For the Power User Gap that means your own workflows and documents. For the Agent Workshop it is drawn from the free book, AI Engineering for Web Developers, which holds everything the workshop can cover.
- Which AI tools does it cover?
- ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, whichever you already pay for. The work is finding where it can do real work in your workflows, then teaching people to use it there.
- What do attendees need to prepare?
- Nothing. The scoping happens between us before the day, and people arrive with their own work.
- Remote or on-site?
- Either, anywhere in the world, on your own tasks and systems rather than a prepared example. Teams in different countries get the same teaching without anyone flying anywhere.
- Is it recorded?
- No. The teaching is live, in your room or on your call, and built around your own work rather than a syllabus that could be replayed.
- What does it cost?
- It is quoted against the scope we agree on the call. Nothing is priced on this site, because no two organisations need the same amount of work, and there are no individual seats.
- What happens after the call?
- If the Power User Gap or the Agent Workshop fits what you need, I scope it and quote it. If neither does, I say so on the call.
- What else can it include?
- More cohorts, briefings for managers, follow-up clinics and change management. Putting agents into your workflows, for one person, a team or the whole organisation, is available as extra work alongside the teaching.
