It's official. I have passed the exam and currently awaiting the certificate for the M101JS course - MongoDB for NodeJS Developers.

The course gives a very good overview of MongoDB itself, throughout the course you will be working on a blog built completely on NodeJS. I was also very happy to see a whole week's lecture on Mongoose, the 'non-native' driver for NodeJS.

All MongoDB courses are for free and available for anyone. I'm currently doing the second one, which is MongoDB for DBAs (M102). I do recommend that you sign up for one of them.
