How it works

    We map your situation, your constraints, and the decisions you're facing. You leave with a shared picture of what we're solving.

    Strategy — 90 min, ~2 weeks later

    I come back with a written strategic read of your situation. We work through it together, pressure-test it, and refine it.

  3. 03

    Activation — 90 min, ~2 weeks later

    We turn the strategic read into concrete next moves with owners and dates. You leave with something you can take to your board or your team.

After the arc.

Some leaders continue with monthly check-ins after Activation. Many don't need to. You decide once you've seen what the arc produces.
